Motorpace History and Info

Motorpace was started by Andy Pacey in 2015 a few months before Lemmy sadly passed away.

Andy (Pacey) was already in a couple of rock bands as a professional bass player, he had the voice and the persona for singing Motorhead classics, which often got requested by followers of the bands he was in backed up by Miles Goodman, Andy Green & Ethan Durrant; also members of Black Rose Society & Still Remains.

He played his first professional Motorpace gig on the 1st January 2016 not long after Lemmy’s passing. It was in a packed venue in Northampton and has continued to grow an audience of fans and followers all over the UK.

They are the chosen Motorhead tribute for Rockers Reunited gigs and festivals including Lindos Rocks in Greece & Rock The Peaks Festivals.

Motorpace continue to play gigs, parties & festivals booked in advance due to their popularity; They are professional, reliable and the most authentic Motorhead tribute band in the UK chosen to carry on the incredible legacy performed by the Lemmy Legend!
